Vanstone’s Terms and conditions have been implemented to encourage good and safe work practices, with the aim of improving future works. All terms and condition are listed below and must be adhered to by all employees and Subcontractors of Vanstone Constructions.
All SWMS, Risk Assessments, JSA’s, relevant Licenses, white card, qualifications/certificates, and environmental plans must be completed and provided to Vanstone administration prior to commencement of any works.
Should you arrive on site and believe fewer or further works are required, Vanstone construction management must be immediately contacted and must sign off on any variations.
Please contact the client directly if running late to site and then notify your project manager.
BEFORE and AFTER photos must be provided to the project manager along with the corresponding invoice.
BEFORE photos must show pre-existing damage. If these images are not provided and a dispute arises the subcontractor will be charged any costs incurred.
Invoices must contain a breakdown of works completed, labour cost and material cost.
Any Racism, discrimination, sexual harassment, fighting, bullying or aggressive behaviour (including verbal threats of violence) WILL NOT be tolerated and will incur immediate dismissal on site.
All employees and subcontractors are expected to maintain an adequate level of general hygiene to uphold a professional appearance.
Please remove all trade related waste from site. Please use skip bins, pink bags or trailer if provided. No rubbish is to be left on site.
Radio/Music must be kept to a reasonable level on-site to ensure it does not interfere with on-site communication and safety.
Information about pricing, costs and payment should not be discussed with the client and must be referred to the project manager.
All employees and subcontractors must not walk into/through barricaded areas or areas that are not related to the scope. This includes touching the personal property of the tenant/owner.
If any workers are observed to be influenced by drugs or alcohol during working hours this WILL NOT be tolerated and will incur immediate dismissal on site.
If you are required to take strong prescription medicine that warns against driving or using machinery, you must advise management.
Smoking IS NOT permitted anywhere on site.
All employees and subcontractors must maintain safety standards by using safe work practices and following site-specific safety rules/signs and instructions.
It is a requirement to report any health and safety hazards along with all injuries and incidents.
Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions for jobs where it is required and when/where directed by the supervisor and in accordance with site signage.
